Roque began working around the age of 9, helping his father with construction demolition, large building trash take-out and selling Italian Ices at NYC parks.
Fast forward
Roque applied for a work permit freshman year of High School in order to accept two jobs: Internship at NYC School Construction Authority, & an internship at an Engineering firm.

Roque attended NYC public schools.
Roque observed early on in elementary school that the NYC Public School system isn’t for educating students. It’s a day-care system run by wrongly educated people who were power-hungry authoritarians wanting to be heard & obeyed, calling themselves ‘teachers’.
So Roque became an autodidact, without a need nor want of Degrees.
